npower are calling the nation’s youth to spend an hour each day playing games or doing activities that use no electricity.
the npower No Power Hour is an environmental programme that encourages children across the country to switch off technology for one hour a day and do activities which don’t require any electricity. Instead of watching TV, play football or spend an hour without facebook and play games with a friend.
Do you want Gem 106 to come along to your school for just 1 hour? We will play a few games and talk to pupils about ways they can spend an hour being active and encouraging them to spend more time away from TVs or computer games.
