WIN A CAKE BREAK FOR YOUR WORK PLACE

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Orion Media Ltd.’s (“Orion”) general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.gem106.co.uk apply to ‘WIN A CAKE BREAK FOR YOUR WORK PLACE’ radio competition (“the Competition”) which will run from Monday 12TH APRIL 2011 until Friday 4th MAY 2012 only (“the Duration”). The “Radio Station” is Gem 106.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request
1. Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.gem106.co.uk and register their details.
1.2 One Entrant (Business) will be randomly selected from all entries. The Radio Station reserves the right to randomly select a new eligible Entrant if any Entrant cannot be contacted after 5 minutes. All decisions are final.
1.3 The winning business will be visited by Dan Wood who will deliver up to15 cakes to the work place provided by Greggs every Wednesday (The day of the draw)
2.1 Entrants must be over the age of 16, be UK residents, and the business must be live in the Radio Stations registered transmission survey postal code area (TSA) [a list of eligible UK postal codes is available on request from the Radio Station
2.2 Contestants may only enter once in this Competition
2.3 Greggs employees are ineligible
2.4 There is no cash alternative for the prize available
2.3 The Radio Station reserves the right to disqualify from play any Entrant residing at the same address as a declared winner in this Competition (including, but not limited to, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents etc.). Orion reserves the right to withhold prizes from any such person, and to reclaim any such prize if a breach of this rule is subsequently discovered.
2.4 Entrants who have previously won a prize of over £500 in value on the Radio Station within the last six months will not be eligible to enter this Competition, nor will any person residing at the same address as that Entrant. Please refer to point 2.6 in the general competitions terms & conditions for full details of this condition.
2.5 The Radio Station reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to the Competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
2.6 Orion and the Participating Radio Station shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose entry is not received.
